Twitch Stream Soundbug?

Every now and then I have a sound bug in my stream like a stutter, it goes normal the whole time and then puff without anything the bug comes and can only fix it when I restart my PC.

this is a clip 60sec at 35sec starts the bug that was after 5h47min stream but also happens from time to time earlier so after 5min or after 2h etc comes totally random but always comes. Why is that what can I do? :. (

Have already switched from OBS to Streamlabs OBS and have the same problem have I set something wrong? Can somebody help me?

Have you suppressed background noise. If that doesn't help, delete it again and put it back on. / tare /
