Stream quality bad on Twitch, good on Youtube?

My stream is ALWAYS jerky and I don't know what to do about it. Here are my specs and other INFOS (appendix):

Max quality is to blame… Focus on quality. Then it fits

Really? Only that? Has it nothing to do with the NVENC (new) encoder for RTX cards?

Usually not. Max quality also jerks with me, accordingly set on quality, and test!
