Should I deposit 900 euro or 1000 euro for gaming PC?

I want to build a gaming PC myself. Should I rather put 900 euro or 1000 euro in the components? I want to stream on my PC on twitch and YouTube. So 2 platforms live if possible. If I put 900 euro down I would put the 100 euro in better equipment. Then wants to connect to the PC 2 monitors, once a 24 inch 60 Hz monitor from 2010 to read comments and to check whether the stream etc runs smoothly. Otherwise my main monitor with 144Hz and 1 Ms, but I'm considering whether 24 or 27 inches.

Moin I think your pc will not be able to withstand this… 2 monitors 1 has (144hz) a game run smoothly and stream in the same time… That only leads to lag, but if you will only stream Roblox Minecraft, then I think I will have no problems
