I have a 2070 super gaming and an Amd Ryzen 5 5600X in my PC. I have about 36Mbps in the download and about 9Mbps in the upload. Is this enough for 1440p and if so, how can I set this with OBS?
The maximum bit rate for Twitch is not high enough to deliver a decent picture quality in 1440p… The highest of the feelings is really 1080p
→ better 936p 60fps with medium or fast coding (CBR) at 8000Kbp's (maximum for Twitch)

The highest of the feelings is 1080p but the bit rate of Twitch specifies a maximum of 6000 for it (non-partner). Strictly speaking, not enough.
Use 900p. So you are much better on the way
