Good content = content people are interested and entertaining so that they stay there. You can't classify content as that is good and that is bad. Some look knossi others prefer to look simon desue. Everyone has a different opinion
Activity & corresponding qualitative content.
Standing out from the crowd is the magic word. But there's no recipe for success for this. Sometimes it takes years.
Stay with others a lot, look for conversations in other streams if you are mostly part of a community and who also know that you are streaming they will also come to you.
Having a personality, talking to your chat and talking in general is important and don't be shy.
Be active but pay attention to which games you play, not every game brings you to the top.
Always be open if you want to play, especially people from your community.
By the way, it is nice if there's information in your channel, best divided into info, games, donation if you want that, chat rules, even discord if you own your personal server. And whatever comes to mind, just design it creatively.
Be diverse in your choice of games.
Do not give the impression that you are annoyed that no one is new or that you get stuck on followers and viewers, be relaxed and have fun.
But these are just tips, things don't always work right away.
