Is it possible to restart the tutorial in GTA-Online?

I skipped the tutorial for the first time when starting GTA-Online. Since you have to complete the tutorial for the Twitch-Prime package, my question is, if you can restart the tutorial somewhere or if there's another way to activate the package.

You need to create a new character and then skip to No when you launch.

So you lose any game progress, right?
