Livestream with endless data volume?

Since I had the opportunity to get endless data volume on my mobile I spontaneously came up with an idea…

Since I used to like streaming on twitch but that with my 14k wlan line was not nice, I let it be.

Now I have the opportunity to get endless data volume for my phone…

My net is very good in my place (see picture)

Would it be possible, if I give my pc hotspot from my mobile phone, to stream via my pc to twitch?

But the ping is now bad in my opinion, your upload is excellent but does not work if your ping is so high, as soon as you're going to stream and play an online game at the same time you'll see your 300ms in games and all the players will just spawn and your game also for the viewers as well not looking at the stream because the stream permanently only charges and stutters! Know that too well of me as I also had ping problems. I would create in your place at o2 a tariff with at least a 100 line if possible in your area because the so much of my knowledge are not so expensive! Streaming and online gaming via prepaid cards is more than a disaster because of the ping
