Banned forever on Twitch channel?

I trolled on a twitch streamer with a 2nd account and was banned. Now it is my messages that I write with my first account and no longer arrive (but I'm not banned). If I were to ask now whether my 2nd account will be released, can the streamer / moderator then find out that I actually still have a 1st account where the messages no longer reach anyone?

You can block private news on Twitch. It is questionable why a moderator does this, since he is responsible for such requests. Just write to the streamer via other social networks via message.
