Both require the upload, as you usually use the full upload when uploading, the stream will be of poor quality.
Uploading may take a bit longer. In principle, that certainly works.
It is important, only that the stream runs smoothly.
In principle, I do not do anything else right now… Watch a movie about Wi-Fi on my TV. Could watch a Youtube video on the PC at the same time and now I'll write you this mail.
With good internet this is not a problem. Of course I could also download a program on the notebook of which I write you.
And my notebook is 10 years old. The bottleneck is just the Internet connection, not a computer.
