Is the PC enough to stream? - 1

I unfortunately know little about PCs. I need a PC that is well suited for streaming. I play games with the PS4 and then transfer the image to the PC with an Elgato. Now would like to buy a PC for 250 euro with these data:
Processor: AMD FX (tm) -8350 eight-core processor
8GB RAM
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce gtx 960
The seller has assured me that the PC is completely sufficient to stream Ps4 games on Twitch via OBS, but to make sure I ask again to make sure.
And are 250 euro a fair price or rather too expensive?

I think elgato takes over the computing power, so you only need good internet

250 euro is ok.

It is also sufficient for streaming. But if you ever want to play and stream on a PC, it won't work.

However, 250 euro is much too much for such an old, weak current spinner. It's actually scrap metal.

150 euro-160 euro should be the maximum for such a turnip.

You can get an i5-2400 / 2500 with 8GB RAM and 500GB HDD for 65-75 euro on eBay, plus a used GTX750ti or similar for 40 euro. The PC is considerably better from the CPU and more energy efficient. In addition, you then only spend about 120 euro.

Streaming is enough, although 250 euro is almost a bit extremely much, max 160-200 euro

Both are definitely sufficient. I would rather tend to the PC that you described above.

Yes, that's a better alternative. However, also consider there, it is not worth more than approx. 150 euro.
