I'm streaming on Twitch, but my viewers aren't getting notified?

My viewers on Twitch aren't notified when I'm streaming, can anyone help me?

Because they didn't enable notification on your channel.
Have no interest in your stream and ignore the notification.

I have already tried this, created a second acocunt and activated the notification on my account, but I did not receive any notification.
