Often changing interests?

So, as it says above, I have the "problem" that my interests change constantly and very suddenly and that even annoys me sometimes, because something like that is also related to career aspirations and possible place of residence. For example, last year I had a phase with various series that paid off in the middle of last year, and then in October came the Twitch phase with the career aspiration of a graphic designer and now I've been in love with Blackpink and Korea in general for about a week! I would really like to learn Korean in order to travel to South Korea someday, but because I know myself and I'm afraid that I would like something different in 3 months, I think that it is not necessarily worth learning a very difficult language just to never learn it again use it and put it on hold, right? And that wasn't all of the interests / phases I had. As you might notice, I'm really worried about that.

Hmm I'm happy to have made several jobs, interests, and six moves in the past eight years. Because now I have the feeling of arriving where I actually wanted to go.

I wouldn't worry about that, it's not as if you're even able to speak the language after 3 months. You can be happy if you have a reasonable command of the characters. I can recommend the free Duolingo app.
