I have had Twitch Prime Student since November 2020 and now wanted to use it to subscribe someone. Somehow that doesn't work. The button is simply grayed out with no reason why. I already cut the connection between Twitch and Amazon to be sure… But that didn't work.
Does anyone know the problem and how to fix it?
Have you used the Twitch Prime subscription before and are you in the 1st free year (or now I mean 6 months) with Student Prime?
Then you only have a single Prime subscription. Only when you have a paid Student Prime subscription do you have a monthly Twitch Prime subscription available.
At the very beginning once. Well then I know why it doesn't work.
With pleasure. I had the same problem, since I've been paying 35 euro a year, but I've always had one a month.
