Twitch PayPal Bits Payment open what now?

Hello I've just bought 2 × 100 bits via PayPal now I look in PayPal purely it was me 2 × 1.99 euro deducted. However, there's authorized / open

I did not receive the bits. What now?

You are a minor and you are not allowed to use Paypal at all!

The use of Paypal is basically only allowed from 18J!

If you use Paypal illegally - with fake data - then you should not be surprised that there are problems!

Then you have to count on blocking…

1. I have a bank account 2. Where do you want to know that I'm a minor?

1.) What does your bank account have to do with it? Nothing! Your bank account does not change your age! Even children can have a bank account! But Paypal is basically only allowed from 18J - without exception!

2.) How I know that, does not matter! You are a minor and that is crucial.

Who knows. Only because of the spelling. That is not crucial.

What's the ridiculous discussion? Do not you know how old you are? Then take a look at your kids card ;-)
