No chat with Twitch on the pc?

Hey Somehow I can no longer access the chat on Twitch because the window (also in fullscreen) is cut off below. I'm not banned, this is another problem, but I have no idea why. Can anyone help me further?

Try it like this:

Windows Settings> System> Display (left)> Scroll down to "Scaling and arrangement"> "Change size of text, apps and other elements" smaller places, I have it for example at 125%
