How to post streamed, upload the streamed?

Twitch itself has the function of automatically storing VODs from your last livestream on Twitch. You just have to activate this.

If you have streamed something, then you can't upload it anywhere, but you would have had to save it locally, but you can set that to Twitch so that it will stay there for 2 weeks, which you could then download if necessary and then again wherever you want to upload, eg YouTube or something (just like any other video).

If you're not an affiliate yet, you can't upload anything to Twitch.

Therefore, before the stream, do not forget to enable the option that it saves your stream as a vod.
