Is there a copyright infringement in the following description?

I streamed on Twitch and someone else recorded parts of my stream and uploaded it to YouTube under his name. He didn't ask me if I agreed and I never allowed him to use this content.

So I want to know if I can report this video to YouTube with a request to delete it for copyright infringement?
