Partner at Twitch Stream with ps4 is quiet?

So I started on Twitch the other day and I'm always streaming with friends. I stream over ps4. The problem is you can hear the other one I'm playing with only very quietly even though he has the microphone level very loud and has allowed everything… Does anyone know what you can do there?
