Is the Ryzen 7 3700x sufficient?

Is the Ryzen 7 3700x enough for the following? I also have an RTX 2060 Super. The white one with the 3 fans. I plan to stream on twitch and play like gta. Is it enough that it runs smoothly and that gta runs smoothly with good graphics? And even without a stream? And I still have 16GB of ram
