An affiliate account for donations on twitch?

Do you need an affiliate account if you want to accept donations on twitch?

As a private person, you can't accept "donations".
You can't either. And if you want to become an affiliate voluntarily, you forego a few rights & as an affiliate you do not benefit from the status at first.

Do you want to accept donations = you have to be a registered association
Do you want to become an affiliate = do you need a business (from 18 years)

Ok but where does that say, since a lot of people accept donations…
