I want to make a Just chatting stream on twitch and watch youtube videos, I know how to record games with obs but can't go to Microsoft Edge to record and stream.

You should definitely use NVIDIA ShadowPlay, which is already included in the driver and much faster and more resource-efficient than OBS!
