Connect Xbox One to PC with a cable?

I plan to stream a bit with OBS on Twitch. But still want to record the gameplay from my Xbox One. I have already downloaded the Xbox app on the PC and already tried the gameplay from the Xbox to my PC to stream through the Xbox app. Unfortunately, the connection is very bad and the quality drops extremely. That's why I want to ask if I can somehow connect my Xbox to my PC directly (perhaps with a cable) and thus improve the quality.

Connect directly to the PC and record / stream with OB'S does not work. You need a capture card for this.
