Mobile phone gets hot and battery runs out quickly?

I had 90% this morning and then I went to school, I noticed the whole time that the phone is warm (warmer than normal) and when I looked after school, it was still hot and it was only 14%. I have no APPS running in the background, Wi-Fi off, data off and the brightness was also quite low. I loaded the phone at noon today (30%) and then used it. I have within 30min only 9%. And I was just on Twitch (Streaming APP, did not stream it, just watched the chat.)

I hope someone knows what I should do (except new phone or have it repaired immediately)
