Opera gx browser loads slower than Chrome?

Why is that so? I have VPN off and reinstalled the browser, but it loads more slowly than Chrome, I always notice that because twitch streams are delayed by 3 seconds.

I also used this opera gaming browser briefly and noticed the same thing. It's supposed to be very resource-efficient, I guess it's just slower because of that.
