I have the following problem: I can't watch a stream on Twitch smoothly, it reloads again and again, it runs for 2-3 seconds, then it loads for 5 seconds and then watches for 2-3 seconds and then loads again.
I can run Netflix, Maxdome and Youtube (livestream) at the same time and download something on the side without one jerking. (specially tested)
I have run speed tests on various sites and the result is always great.
I've even restarted my router a few times.
I tested Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Opera GX, Netscape and Microsoft Edge, as well as the Twitch app on Windows 10.
I even reinstalled my computer, but the same result.
Little info about my system:
CPU: i7 4790k 4x 4Ghz
Graphics: Geforce GTX 980
Ram: 16 GB
SDD: have 2 Samsung hard drives, but no idea which model, they are now 5 months old (256 GB for the operating system, 2 TB for the rest)
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
All drivers were up to date, downloaded an extra Driver Booster 7.6 and let everything update.

No matter which stream, even with streamers who have 20-30k viewers, the others have no problems.
