Data usage Twitch stream?

I would like to stream live on Twitch, outside with my mobile data. I would do such an action, 1 follow = 1 minute jogging.

How much data consumption can I expect per hour?

Twitch states this every time before each stream.

I just looked at it before and not yet, and I thought there were nice people who just put it in there. ^^

But you can't. Because many factors depend on it, such as how quickly the video is sent and in what quality. Therefore: Twitck gives you a guideline how much you use with your settings.
