Streaming difference?

So if you stream live from the console PS4 / Xbox One S / X, it makes a difference whether you stream live on Twitch or Youtube.

For me, the transmission on YouTube is only on 720p and then also with fast movements with a lot of pixels to be seen, with Twitch I see Full HD with 1080p plus very rarely pixels.

It is not because of the console, because there's still a difference on Twitch and Youtube in terms of quality.

Have a Xbox One S and X. Despite everything, I can only stream on YouTube with 720p. On the X you can probably change something with a few settings, but nothing changes in the situation that the quality of Twitch and Youtube is very different.

I now wonder if the leg streaming is only for me.
