I wanted to start gaming on YouTube / Twitch. Probably with Cod MW. Is it still worthwhile and which content would be the best. And is AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and AMD RY 580 enough?
If you want to make YouTube, get away from the "best content - I will quickly become fame" mentality. With that, your chance of growing up is almost zero. Do what you want, if you want to play CoD, then play CoD. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the technical data
The COD streamers are like sand by the sea.
Specialize in one topic. If you do a lot of different things, nobody will see it.

YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, Vimeo & Co. Are no more than output media for video.
Ask yourself the question: why do I want to do this? Because everyone does it or because I have something that makes me stand out?
99% of young people who think they want to develop video games basically only want to emulate the big ones and fail because they don't want to see that there's a lot of work and willingness to learn.
Almost everyone has the opportunity to do everything, but that doesn't mean you should do it. Use your strengths and make something of it. If that leads to entertainment, it's fine, but there's no point in disappearing in the crowd.
