Can you stream simultaneously on YT and Twitch as an affiliate?

As an affiliate of Twitch, is it allowed to stream on YOUTUBE and Twitc at the same time? So as a partner you can only stream on Twitch.

No. The affiliate contract says that if you are streaming on Twitch, you are not allowed to broadcast or upload content on any other streaming service at the same time or shortly after (think you've heard something from 2h).
