Start with streaming?

I wanted to start streaming because I think I would enjoy it. I know that success is very rare but that does not stop me. I wanted to ask if I'd rather start on twitch or blender to stream. A few tips would be nice too.

So I stream to Netflix and Prime every night.

Since Twitch is a bit more familiar, I would now spontaneously say Twitch, but Mixer is more interesting in some way.

I would rather start on blender

It's about livestreams (gaming streams etc.)
