Rx 5700 xt OBS Twitch Stream pixelated?

When I stream with my CPU r7 3800x everything is fluid or not pixelated.

But when I stream with the GPU at the same bit rate, everything is muddy / pixelated with fast movements. What can you do there?

With graphics cards you need more bitrate to be able to keep up with CPU quality at all.

I also think AMD is the second choice for streaming via the graphics card, Nvidia can do better.

I would continue to run it on the CPU, the 3800x handles it pretty well normally.
