Cell phone battery dangerous if I do something?

I'm using my phone as a webcam for my streams on Twitch. The battery is always empty because it draws a lot. And it is said very much. That's why I always wanted to charge my battery while I was there. Does it matter who my phone gets hot and I charge it? (38 degrees is there)

I think it's just very unhealthy for your battery. It won't explode.
