I want to stream on Twitch via Ps4. But when I want to register it says: That my Twitch account is already linked to a Ps4 account. But I disconnected all the links and tried again.

Maybe I would write to Twich Support about the problem. Maybe they can tell you which PS account your Twich account is supposed to be connected to.
