Twitch Stream Small Business?

I started streaming on twitch and would like to set up a donation link, a friend told me that I should supposedly register a small business and note how much money I get, is that correct? And what do I have to consider / do. PS: I'm 13 if that makes a difference.

Unfortunately, you can only start a small business from the age of 18, so it's best to let your parents run it or don't accept donations.

In principle, you are only allowed to take money when you are 18; your parents would have to do this beforehand. It is better not to start yet.
