Do you lose Twitch Affiliate with less than 3 viewers on average?

I've been streaming on Twitch for a while now and have almost 160 followers. Except for the 7 different streams, I also have everything for affiliate. Now I'm only wondering if I apply for an affiliate after the 7 days and get whether it will be taken away from me if the audience numbers drop to below 3 on average.
