It won't work that way. How should the Twitch app know that it should also stream the camera, how should it know where the image from the camera should be displayed?
For something like that you need streaming software like OBS on a PC, via which you can then use a capture card to assemble your XBox signal with the image from your webcam into a stream…
I'm sorry but this answer is absolutely wrong, the XBOX was and is made for Twitch Streaming. As I already wrote, the Twitch app also recognizes the camera and I can also switch it on / off via the Twitch app and it also switches on but the image is not transmitted to the network!
