OBS / Twitch stream preview?

I would like to "perfect" my settings so just check everything and only the OBS preview helps me a little.

Is there a way to start the stream, but only I can watch it? You can do that on Youtube on Twitch?

As far as I know this is not possible with twitch.

Many make a second account on Twitch, which is used for test streams. One or the other can watch but there are only 1-3 people.
