I would just like to know how to change the name of Twitch

You can find something on Google but that's not helpful…

The user name can be changed in the profile settings:

I think you'll go over the Twitch app then? In the Twitch app you can't change the username I think. You have to do this via the web browser (on the desktop PC, or on the smartphone in the desktop mode of the page).
