Twitch accept donations?

I'm 15 years old and wanted to start streaming on Twitch, I discovered this donation feature and wanted to know if I can just activate donations without paying taxes or registering a business.

The question certainly sounds a bit silly, but I'm a little panic about coming into conflict with the law.

Donations also have to be taxed, so I would advise against simply using the donation function in your stream
