How do I avoid my e-mails being put in the junk folder (very important to me professionally)?

I'm a League of Legends streamer on twitch who has a hard time growing. At the moment "Hi I'm Coconut" is the only channel that features me and uploads my clips (highlights) in their montages. I was afraid that my e-mails to the other channels would unfortunately come true in the junk folder. I've googled for ages and found something from a "whitelist" where you can register that this is avoided. Unfortunately I have nothing useful to find how to register.

I tried the following 2 ways:

Write an e-mail to all highlight channels I know with my clips.
Write x e-mails to each highlight channel with a completely new and never used e-mail.

Unfortunately, both ways were not very successful. And it's a pity that my emails don't get through. Does anyone know each other?

You as the sender can't do anything technically. You can only make the recipient aware of this and ask them to add your email address to their whitelist (safe sender).

These spam filters learn yes, if you move an email back into the inbox, it will be registered. Then there's the whitelist, you have already noticed, and you can switch off the spam filter completely, then every mail ends up in your inbox.

if you take thunderbird as a client there's also the junk filter, then it becomes totally non-transparent.

It is the same with the other participants. If mail ends up in their spam, that's their problem, no matter what you try, you have no control over it.

Everyone is responsible for their mailbox.

Thanks to imap you have a good view of the god.
