500K line with 50 uploads, Twitch streaming not possible?

I currently have the strong problem that I actually want to stream on Twitch but it doesn't work because I always have dropped frames.

It can definitely not be due to my PC in terms of performance (RTX 3080 / AMD 3900X)

So I think it comes from the line.

I have a 500 line with 50 upload at Vodafone.

I had already done speed tests at different times and it's actually very consistent.

The question now is just what it is.

Stream settings: CBR 3500 720p

If you really get an upload of 50mbit / s, it is definitely good enough.
Should then probably turn down the performance of the stream.

When I arrived I just tested it again at 30mBit / s and even for a 1080p stream you only need just over 4mBit / s

ro

1080p stream is only needed just over 4mBit /

Wherever you got it: no. You need a lot more.
Should be enough at 30mbit / s.

Then I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, so Twitch itself says that you should use 4500kbs for a 720p 60 Fps stream, but I have that but the dropped frames fly in anyway

Re

No… It should already be 8 Mbit because even the 6 Mbit you have on Twitch are proper. Not enough yet, but limited by Twitch.

Well, strictly speaking, 2500 was enough for that, depending on the game. More is always better, you can stream at 6000 too. But you don't have to do that as long as you at least meet the minimum requirements.

Re

As long as you ALWAYS have more than 10 Mbit, that's perfectly fine & enough buffer. But that it is also Vodafone, something is preprogrammed, but you are talking about an average of 30 Mbit. More than enough.

Your CPU / GPU also look perfectly fine.
So only the "Settings" factor remains to be checked.

Please post, preferably with pictures, all settings from the following tabs:

Output (here the streaming area)
As well as "Extended"
