Have a car rental company with a lot of sports cars.
Would like to do a few laps every now and then and stream on Twitch for advertising purposes.
Is this allowed as long as you ONLY stream and only look at your mobile phone when you are standing or not driving?
Is streaming generally allowed as long as the cell phone is not in the hand and you don't allow yourself to be distracted?
In the event of an accident, I'm aware that this could have negative effects whether you were distracted or not.
But I'm concerned with the general legal situation and Twitch terms and conditions, I couldn't read anything about this there.
Even if you don't hold the part in your hand or think you're only looking at it while standing, you are distracted. I always know 100% when the driver in front of or behind me is also busy with the cell phone - the driving style speaks volumes. And especially with a sports car, you quickly end up on the opposite lane or on the sidewalk.
Leave it in normal traffic. Talk to a supermarket or the like with a large parking lot, whether you can use it for this. At least you won't do that much damage there.
Incidentally, the legal situation is clear: while driving, you have to concentrate on driving, other traffic and your environment. Section 1 of the STVO applies always and everywhere.
I won't take care of your own company for you… To the question… No, it's forbidden…
You don't need that either.
And what about if a second person sits next to it and takes care of this stream?
Then you should make sure that nothing distracts you, you don't talk, etc. It is best if the passenger just films, doesn't ask questions, doesn't point out anything, etc.
I honestly don't either. Even if mum or dad have such a company, I think they would rather not like this venture with regard to insurance premiums, for example.
