Music copyright on Twitch as well as on Youtube?

So most songs of bigger singers are most copyrighted and can't be used on Youtube. How is it on Twitch? Can I use copyrighted music for my livestreams or do I have the same rights for livestreams? I do not have any ads on my channel, so I'm not making any money, which means I can't use it for commercial purposes.
