In itself, I say yes, depending on the game and, as mentioned before, the resolution in which you want to stream. Of course, with complex games like Cyberpunk 2077 or ARK Survival Evolved, the GTX 1050ti can reach its limits. Therefore, I would advise you to use a newer graphics card such as the RTX 2060 (if you can find a cheap model) or the newer RTX 3060, which is currently difficult to get at. Also, make sure that your RAM is 32GB, as streaming games takes up a lot of memory. With your CPU, the I7 2600k, as far as I know, your Ram should be able to run as a quad channel.
