I wrote an e-mail to Twitch Support on Sunday (20.01.2019) (to purchasesupport@twitch.tv) and, except for an automatic e-mail, I have not received a reply yet.
My question is: is this a normal wait? I mean, I do not want the Twitch people to unnecessarily go to the cookie and ask.
And maybe someone has already made experiences with the Twitch support? If yes, which?

About 8 months ago, I subscribed to a channel on Twitch. Had this subscription until now. (So it seems that it always has to be extended by itself, so I wanted to)
Now it is, for whatever reason, seemingly no longer been extended or no longer there.
My questions would have been:
1. Why the subscription is gone once
2. Whether I can keep my loyalty badge with the streamer. (I read that you can easily extend within one month after the subs - is that correct?)

Yes that's right. Previously you lost your long month badge if you did not subscribe within 30 days. This has been changed now. So if you do not subscribe for 2 months, or longer, that does not matter anymore.
