Scurrows is currently suing Twitch, and it's going well.
My question now is what are his chances? You have appealed and are now going to the regional court.
Anyone who has watched the video to the end will also clearly see that the 1st instance, the judge in this, is wrong & is not familiar with the topic or has not dealt with it.
That the reasoning of the court is wrong can be seen from the fact that many former partners still have their user account. The judge contradicts himself & is simply wrong with the claim.
NINJA as an example. He was blocked, went to Mixer, then Twitch blocked him because "he has nothing more to do here" according to the motto, then he came back and his user account was unblocked again with all his successes, etc.
Scurrows' statement is therefore well founded & for the most part understandable even for a layperson. An appointment would therefore only have been the logical consequence.
If MONTANABLACK now loses or expires his partner contract, then he would not lose his account either. As the usage contract, like Scurrows & Twitch, already said it, has nothing to do with the partner contract.
And Twitch's reasoning why Scurrows was banned is more than ridiculous and has nothing to do with the reason for the ban.
Thanks for the helpful answer.
