Youtube graphic bug - green picture?

For about a week, YouTube videos have turned green for a short time when I set them to full screen. So only when switching from small to full screen for about 1 second.

As soon as I press play again, the bars go away again.

This doesn't happen anywhere else. Twitch, Facebook and PC games don't have this bug. All drivers for the graphics card are up to date.

What can be the reason?

Yes, Chrome is right… But even if I disable all extensions, the problem persists.
