How long should you e.g. Being on Twitch Live I heard from a Youtuber at least 4 hours or more. So how long? (because so long is not healthy)
As long as you like, some stream longer, some shorter
Since it's his job, he has to decide for himself. He also has to cut all the videos and even if it looks like fun, I don't think it's so fun.
At least I couldn't play 8-10 hours a day.
Why shouldn't it be healthy? Many do this full-time or that is their main source of income. So this is nothing other than work. You can think of it as an office job. Wrist and back pain can be avoided as well, if not better.
