Twitch Chat command with multiple issues?

I've been wondering for some time whether you can create a Twitch command that outputs a random output of several created outputs.

For example

You have a command like:! Joke, which then outputs a random joke from many that you entered beforehand. Something like that.

With the Ankhbot (Streamlabs Chatbot)

$ readrandline (c: \ file path \ text file.txt)
