I would like to stream gta 5 on Twitch since you play online there and need the internet. I would like to ask if this is possible at all?

Going is questionable how it looks
If I send to 720p with 60 (possibly 50) frames per second and a bit rate of 3500-4000 kbps, I see no problem
Will be fine. But do not necessarily turn all settings to Ultra
With good OBS settings and a bitrate of say ma 3k, that's easy.
